My career combines more than two decades of leadership experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Transformation within multinational organizations with Executive Coaching and Strategic Talent Consulting.

Although a significant part of my career has been in Pharma, Healthcare and Life Sciences, today I work with organizations across a wide range of industries, supporting leadership development, talent strategy, organizational transformation, team effectiveness and career growth.

I integrate Executive Coaching, Strategic Consulting, Leadership Development, Executive Mentoring and Career Strategy to help organizations and professionals successfully navigate transformation, growth, change and strategic decision-making through a practical, people-centered and business-focused approach.

I work with executives, managers, leadership teams, entrepreneurs and senior professionals, combining strategy, coaching and mentoring to develop stronger leaders, more resilient organizations and careers with lasting impact.

I also work as a facilitator, consultant and keynote speaker, delivering leadership, executive development and talent programs for companies, universities and national and international institutions.

For more than twenty years, I held senior leadership positions within multinational companies including Amgen, Baxter, Terumo and IQVIA, leading European initiatives in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Innovation, Leadership and Talent Development.

This experience enables me to quickly understand complex organizational challenges and deliver solutions that combine strategic business thinking with people development.

My personal journey has also profoundly shaped my approach to leadership. The premature birth of my first son, together with overcoming two serious illnesses, transformed the way I support people. Since then, I have believed that true leadership is built on the combination of strength, humanity, resilience and purpose.

I have lived and worked in Spain, Belgium, Dubai and Saudi Arabia, collaborating with professionals from more than 30 nationalities and leading programs for multinational corporations, hospitals, universities, public institutions, family-owned businesses, start-ups, STEM organizations and women’s leadership initiatives.

This international background allows me to adapt quickly to different cultures, organizations and leadership styles.

Today, I partner with organizations and institutions delivering initiatives in Executive Leadership, Executive Coaching, Organizational Transformation, Talent Development, Personal Branding, Career Strategy, Diversity, Executive Mentoring and Women’s Leadership.

I hold a Degree in Pharmacy, a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, I am an MCC (Master Certified Coach – ICF), and I am certified in Team Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), ORSC® Systems Coaching and Leadership Development. I work fluently in several languages and have served on the Advisory Board of Regent International School in Dubai.

Outside my professional life, I am passionate about coastal rowing, a sport that has taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, resilience and shared leadership—principles that I bring into every coaching and consulting engagement.
