With over two decades of leadership experience in in Marketing & Sales at Corporate multinational Companies  I support Executives, Team Leaders, and high‑performing Teams in navigating complexity, accelerating growth, and leading with clarity and impact. My work integrates Executive Coaching & Career Transition, Leadership & Team Coaching, and Women in Leadership — offering a strategic, human‑centered, and results‑driven approach tailored to the unique demands of the each client.

I combine career strategy and job‑search guidance with coaching and mentoring for leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams, working from an agile, human‑centered, and innovative approach. I am also a trainer, consultant, and speaker, passionate about sharing insights and experiences across diverse environments.

For over 20 years, I led teams in multinational healthcare companies (Amgen, Baxter, Terumo) and in consulting (IQVIA). I played an active role in scientific innovation and talent development in oncology, hematology, and rare diseases, managing European Marketing and Sales departments.

In 2000, I experienced a life‑changing moment: the premature birth of my first child. For two months, I practiced the kangaroo method, spending seven hours a day with him. That experience — together with overcoming two serious illnesses — marked a turning point in my life. In 2010, I chose to redirect my career and dedicate myself to supporting others through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and teams in their personal and professional development, helping them connect with their purpose, define their personal brand, and lead with authenticity.

I’ve lived in Brussels and Dubai, and I am currently based between Barcelona and Riyadh. My international background has allowed me to collaborate with professionals from more than 30 nationalities, leading programs in contexts such as the Spanish judicial system, hospitals, multinational companies, STEM initiatives, SMEs, start‑ups, and women‑leadership programs.

I also collaborate with Fundación Prevent, supporting university students with disabilities in developing their personal brand, strengthening their professional confidence, and transitioning into the workforce through a close, inclusive, and empowering approach.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a Master’s in Marketing Management, and I am certified by ICF, CTI, and ORSC. I am also a Master Trainer in NLP and a Leadership Expert from IESE Business School. I speak several languages and have served on the Advisory Board of Regent International School in Dubai.

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about rowing — a sport that has taught me the value of teamwork, resilience, and shared purpose. As captain of a women’s rowing team, I learned lessons that continue to shape the way I lead and live.
