I am a PCC-Certified Coach specializing in Career Development, Leadership, and Team Coaching, and the CEO of SmartCareer360. I firmly believe that a meaningful career starts with an authentic Personal Brand. My mission is to guide individuals and teams on that journey: to reconnect with their value, showcase their talent, and reach their professional fulfillment.
I combine career guidance and job search strategies with coaching and mentoring processes for leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams, working from an agile, human-centered, and innovative approach. I am also a trainer, consultant, and speaker, and I’m passionate about sharing experiences and insights in diverse environments.
For over 20 years, I led teams in multinational healthcare companies (Amgen, Baxter, Terumo) and in consulting (IQVIA). I was actively involved in scientific innovation and talent development in fields such as oncology, hematology, and rare diseases, managing European Marketing and Sales departments.
In 2000, I experienced a life-changing event: the premature birth of my first child. For two months, I practiced the kangaroo method, spending seven hours a day with him. That experience, along with having overcome two serious illnesses, marked a turning point in my life. In 2010, I decided to redirect my professional path and devote myself to supporting others through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and teams in their personal and professional development, helping them connect with their purpose, define their personal brand, and lead with authenticity.
I’ve lived in Brussels and Dubai, and I’m currently based between Barcelona and Riyadh. My international background has allowed me to collaborate with professionals from over 30 nationalities, leading programs in diverse contexts such as the Spanish judicial system, hospitals, multinational companies, STEM programs, SMEs, start-ups, and women leadership initiatives.
I also collaborate with the Fundación Prevent, supporting university students with disabilities in developing their personal brand, professional self-confidence, and their transition to the workforce, through a close, inclusive, and empowering approach.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a Master’s in Marketing Management, and I am certified by ICF, CTI, and ORSC as a professional coach. I’m also a Master Trainer in NLP and a Leadership Expert from IESE Business School. I speak several languages and have served on the Advisory Board of Regent International School in Dubai.
Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about rowing, a sport that has taught me the value of teamwork and perseverance. I was captain of a women’s rowing team, an experience that continues to inspire how I lead and live.
I believe careers are not built solely through achievements, but through meaning, coherence, and courage — and that’s exactly what I love helping others to discover.
